To place online order, browse through the site and find the item(s) you wish to purchase. Also, you can Search Our Entire Store to find the item you are looking for. Click on “Add to Bag” to add item(s) for purchase. Once you’ve added all items you wish to purchase, you can begin the checkout process. This process is easy: verify your order, shipping information, billing information, and payment. You will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with final shipping details.

Standard Delivery

Our standard shipping is with either UPS Ground or FEDEX Ground. We ship most standard delivery with UPS Ground. Estimated Delivery is 3-7 business days. View shipping time estimate map.

Overnight Delivery

For orders received before 1pm EST, we will do our best to ship within the same day.
If you select Overnight Delivery on a Friday, please be advised that your shipment will not be delivered until Monday.

Overnight Delivery is not available for shipments to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. - top -

Merchandise Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the order you receive from Shining Star, contact us by using the form located on our Contact Us page within 14 calendar days from the date the item was shipped out to you. We will then e-mail you a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions on how and where to ship the item back.
You can also call us at (800) 549-4552 for assistance.

Shining Star accepts returns for online store credit only, less adjustments for shipping and handling.
All products returned must be in their original condition, packaging, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable

For qualifying orders, once your return is received and processed, it may take up to 48 hours for a credit to appear in your account. The credit can be used towards your next purchase with Shining Star's online store.

*Sorry, there are no returns, refunds or exchanges for clearance merchandise at any time. Clearance merchandise is final sale. - top -


Unfortunately, Shining Star is unable to provide online exchanges. If an exchange on an item is desired for a different size, style, color, and/or price, we would be happy to issue a refund for qualifying orders.
